I purchased a bundle from Furn City Canal Walk, incl Samsung home theatre incl ext warranty. Unit went faulty last Feb, took in for repairs, received back 3 months later saying it was repaired. After 2 months, unit still with same fault. I contact store to send in writing what the POA will be before I return set. Waiting on reg.man to make contact since July2013.Calls today & extremely rude & slams phone in my ear after I told her she doesn't deserve it as her customer satisfaction/service agenda is non-existant. I call back saying I didn't appreciate that only to be told not to call her again, rather email & slams phone again. Utter disgust in how she treats customers, whether right or wrong. People skills is part of management. I shudder to think how she treats her staff. And to date, no satisfaction from Furn City & no progress on assisting me. It is at the point where I do not want a repair any longer... I don't even want a voucher from them! Clear indication of where her customer service priorities lie. I would like this to be sorted once & for all. And NOT with a repair. It's almost a year since this started. This matter will go further than Hello Peter, with or without supplier response! Tired!!!
