3 repairs but still NOT fixed!! USELESS MANAGER

The repair of my phone Samsung galaxy s3. My phone has gone in for repairs 3 times already. I purchased it around 6 months ago and still have the same problem that I've had since first taking it in over a month ago. My latest job number is 8701987. The phone was overheating and restarting and is still doing these things. The last repair was at the "LEGENDARY" advanced repair centre. I don't believe this is the service you want your customers to receive and I actually demand that vodacom gives me a new handset. I am not willing to drop off my phone any more and wait a week as I haven't had a phone for almost a month since this problem started occurring. I expect a new phone to be waiting at the repair shop when I go and finally give in this phone as this is a manufacturer problem. I tried talking to the MANAGER to escalate this but he said and I quote "it makes more of an impact if the members send this request" - Ya great service! He is just doesn't want to get involved and is obviously disinterested in customer satisfaction. I'm not even going to mention how all this violates the National Consumer Act.
