Write Time shocking service

When handing in my watch for repairs early November (which was still under warranty) I was promised a turn-around time of 3 weeks. After several calls and a visit to the store I finally received a sms today, 2 months later, that my watch is ready for collection and that I owe R559.95 for repairs. There has been no communication with me and I didn't authorise any repairs. The watch is only a few months old and is still under warranty. After this shocking experience I will never buy a watch from Write Time again.
