Half a bottle of fabric conditioner!

I've been using Sta Soft Ultra for the past couple of months and a friend of mine said I should try Comfort Fabric Conditioner as she believed was a better product. So I went to my local pick n pay and got an 800ml bottle of Comfort. To my dismay, when I opened the sealed bottle it was half empty! I called the customer service number on the packaging and was told by a lady that I should measure it. Clearly I'm bored and have plenty of time on my hands right? Why on earth would I go through the trouble of using my own money to contact Unilever if I wasn't sure that I knew what I was talking about. Unilever staff have no sense of compasion or customer service. I could have easily gone and bought a new bottle as the fabric softer really does smell nicer and better than Sta Soft, however being told to go back home, collect the bottle, buy a measuring cup and measure something that is clearly not filled properly just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This is dispicable customer service and I thought buying premium brands would eleviate such issues. I'm going to ensure that my facebook friends as well as my immediate circle of influence know NOT to waste their money on this product!
