On the 4th feb 2013 I took my watch in for repairs the 2 staff member in the front checked and said the watch will be ready by the 20 Feb 2012. I promised as I wanted assurance in terms of time, the assured me 20 Feb 2013 the watch will be ready I told them I was relocating to Durban if it means its not ready then I will not lhand that for repairs. They even assured an sms before 20 Feb 2013 will notify me for collection I called and called to date I do not have any response I relocated and do not know how will I still get my watch. M
