Delivery 5 days late - call centre promise to call

I ordered a CD from Kalahari on the 12 Dec, they promised to deliver on 3 Jan - nothing happened. I called the call centre twice and they have some excuse of the warehouse not having it, promised to call me back twice and I an still waiting.

Kalahari, you exist because we buy things from you. If we stop buying from you because of bad service you will cease to exist.

Get your act together and service your customers - stop this nonchalant BS!
