Promises made on orders, no delivery

I ordered books and a CD at [URL Removed] on 13/11/2013 with the promise of delivery within 6 working days. On 4/12/2013 after still no delivery and cancelling of 2 of the ordered products by Kalahari I made an e-mail enquiry as to where my order was. On 6/12/2013 after no response from Kalahari I phoned the call centre and spoke to Nonsimpuqi, who provided no real solution to the problem. I asked to be phoned back by her manager, Janet, to resolve this issue and I am still waiting for this call. Kalahari makes promises and does not deliver.
