Cancelled purchase due to change in delivery dates

I have bought thousands from Kalahari, and did not expect such bad service from a company where service is the main focus off internet driven sales company. I bought presents on 22 Dec and was informed the next day my delivery will only be 30 Dec. I cancelled my order already on 23 Dec and was told my refund will be in after 3 working days. Phoning in on 27 Dec just to check if my refund was processed, i was informed nothing was done or cancelled. I CANCELLED IT AGAIN and was told i need to wait 3 working days till the refund will show in my credit card. Nothing . 2 December i phone again, and was told again the no refund has been done or loaded on my name? Arranging again for the refund, i asked that the client services phone me back with info or confirming the refund? Nothing... on 7 Dec i phoned again... was told that there was no refund yet, because there is no manager to sign off the refund? This company should invest in management or managers for client services or have someone that can sign of on refunds or queries. Till today no one has even phoned me back!!! ~ VERY BAD SERVICE
