CNA: They will take your money and your time

The MANAGER tells me on 30 January 2013 that my card has not been charged and requests that I pay cash instead to save time, so I pay cash. I return the next day to report that my card had in fact been charged. Instead of simply returning my cash he says that I have to wait 48 hrs and then return with a statement from my bank - completing disregarding that my time is money and that bank statements incurs costs. He insinuates that I should be grateful as I received my product at discount. This is after he "disappeared" on my day of purchase as the product I was purchasing was incorrectly priced and his floor staff advised that the price on the product was correct. When he returned 15 mins later it was with the comment "Why is this not resolved yet? ", whereas the cashier had told me I need to wait for the manager. So he handles the incorrect pricing of a product badly, wastes my time on the day and then continues to waste my time by taking payment both by card and by taking cash. Refusing to refund when I returned the NEXT day, instead requesting ridiculous tasks such as returning in 48hrs with a bank statement - which will cost me MORE money! This from the Manager!
