2nd TV not working: where do u get them?

Wow, have to pose the question if your tv's fall from a truck or do they come from the suppliers rubish dumps
I have bougt a samsung tv from you for a xmas gift for my parents... after have to assemble it it just would not work: basic problem seems that there is no power getting to the set, check the supply (with a light) thus the supply is working, sent my parents to go and exchange the unit: took two weeks for them to say they cant get the part... u will have to get another set, samsang not available, had to pay in 800.00 to get another set .. well they paid it in got their tv today hisence barnd... And wow 2nd time not lucky hey the unit that u gave them this time still not working???

My expectations regarding this matter are as follows :
That u will replace this second brand new unit, but not only replace it but install it and deliver it aswell
