Double payment

I went to a shop in Alrode and purchased goods on my debit card, they charged my card twice and now i am sitting with a problem where they do not want to refund me and they told me i need to go to the bank they will reverse my money. I went to the bank twice to get a statement and up to date the cash does not show in my account. Dylan thinks i am so stupid i do not know how this works he keeps telling me they have reverse the money. On Saturday i took another statement and the cash still not showing, he still says they reversed the money.

Can someone please help me as this person is taking me for granted and they are keeping my money in their account accumulating interest.
