I applied for a Luella account online, and I was not notified that Luella is no longer existing as a store on its own. I went to Foschini to pick up my card and the lady did the best she could to assist me. The call centre then told her that I have to find a Luella store, which are no longer in existence. And she said that I can go to Polokwane to get it, which is 300km away from Pretoria. I am appalled that the accounts department could not notify me about the Luella account and did not try to assist me. I had to apply for a new account again and I have not gotten feedback.
