Bought a shoe on the 12/09/2013 and wore it once and the heel is damaged informed the store on the 18/09/2013 about the incident the store manager declined the return query I then informed the area manager who said she will look into the matter and call me back within a week its been 2 months and the area manager has not gotten back to me I received a call on the 16/11/2013 to say shoe is again declined I would like detail reports of when and who checked the shoes as well as dates it left the store this is terrible service from both the store and area manager the shoe is 600 rand and should not be doing that at one wear I require the shoe to be replaced or credited as the service has been very poor and the manner in which it has been handle is unsatisfying
