I am a regular Yuppychef customer and have always been very happy with their fast and efficient service.
I was blown away however by the following:
I ordered a few items as Christmas gifts, one of the items a gift for my niece, I ordered however was damaged when she opened it on Christmas day. I contacted Yuppychef on my return from the family on the 30 Dec, notifying them of the faulty item. On the 31 Dec I received a reply noting that the item would be replaced and was being shipped immediately, I only needed to send pictures of the damaged item. The 4 Jan the new unit was delivered with a personal hand written note from Caitlin, apologising for the inconvinience.
I was blown away, how special! Thank you Yuppychef!
