I'm a shoe loving person and make sure that I buy quality yet elegant shoes. I always buy my shoes and handbags from Luella Centurion branch and the service is excellent. However I was really disappointed with the service I received recently. I bought 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair for R899 and the other for R699. I only pay cash since I don't have any clothing accounts. I returned the R899 pair as the thread on the side came out and it was opening. Everyone could see that it is manufactures fault but because I've worn them twice and I did not have the slip, they refused to exchange them. I didn't want money back, I only wanted to exchange them as they were in the original box. I wrote an email to Luella but have not head anythin from them. I decided to call their call centre and they promised to call back. It's 2 weeks now and still no response. Unfortunately they've lost a loyal customer for not responding to their customers complaints.
