Bad service and attitude

On Saturday the 4th og January 2014 i went into the store to purchase some stuff, amongst other some french fries. The personel behind the counter were very busy, ill give them that, but the following happened. While i was waitng to be served 5 to 6 people came from behind and was served while i was overlooked time after time. After starting to make a scene they suddenly noticed me, why? Maybe because i was the only white person standing there at that time. I find this utterly disturbing, in my litte book the first come first serve policy stand.this is maybe of the poorest service i have expeirenced thus far. Thank you Pick n Pay for NOTHING.

Is this how you treat clients? alter all it is the clients who makes sure that the money comes in to your shop so that there is money at the end of the day to pay your sallaries...
