Zama from Call Centre

On Friday afternoon just after 4 I got a call from your Call Centre ladies name was Zama very rude to on the phone. She telling me that I need to sort my phone out as there is something wrong with my phone I told her there is nothing wrong with my phone. She told me she is calling about payment on my account so I explained to her that I always pay the first weekend after the 30 as I only get paid on the last day of the month. She can see it on my account. I m not beind with any payment on my account. So than she gets all rude to me on the phone saying but it is the first weekend of the new month. I said I know and I will be making payment this weekend. I just think that I have never missed a payment on my account it is no need for them to phone me and be rude to me on the phone.
