Shelves empty workers stand in groups doing nothin

Every time I visit Pick 'n Pay west Acres Potchefstroom their shelves are empty, if you ask one of the workers they cannot give you a answer its always no stock. Yes no stock means for one or two days but every shelve empty that means no intress in the bussiness. Then people buy from inside the shop and pass the till points without paying to pay at the kiosh. According to me the shop tills are there and you cannot pass them what will happen if you don't pay. The kiosh are there for the clients that wants to by something from the kiosh now you have to wait so they can first help all the clients with their groceries. If you want to buy a lotto ticket they will not help you. White people can forget to be serve at the kiosh. I was there on friday 8.3.2013 I could not by anything from the kiosh they just call the black people and help them with their groceries. Their are no complaint point to lodge a complaint. Since the red jacket lady are not their anymore, their are no service at Pick 'n Pay anymore so we will take our money and buy somewhere else you cannot waste your time in a empty shop. People complait in the local newspaper don't the manager read the the local pape
