I have received a watch and bracelet set for a christmas gift and went to tygervalley sterns 31122013 to return it for something else. The items are still in perfect condition and not been worn or removed from packaging. I advised the consultant it was purchased on the 2nd november 2013 as stated on the warranty card. She advised it can be exchanged as it was a gift as long as I get the original slip. I then got the slip as advised and immediately contacted the store on 02012013 at 10 am. I was assisted by Celeste in a very professional and friendly manner and she advised she will ask the manager to call me later in the day to arrange the exchange. I have since not heard from the manager and I am concerned that my request is not being attended to. I would be grateful if you could assist me. Thank you.
