Poor Quality Goods - Left me injured

I closed my account last year, due to the bad service I received from this business, unfortunately my husband had decided on Christmas Eve to give Truworths another chance and purchased my present from Truworths Centurion. If I had known I would have refused. So on Christmas day I received my white heel, which was gorgeous. Style number: GWS18369. So I decided to wear it to the function we were going to, not knowing I would regret this. The back part of the shoe where the zip closes dug so badly into the back of my leg that I am now left with scars. Do you not test your products? This shoe is part of the Truworths collection. I cannot even try and cover that part of the shoe with anything as the shoe is white and the zip needs to be opened and closed. I have taken pictures of the injury. I had to wear the shoe as we were at Christmas Lunch and I did not carry another shoe. I will not even bother going to one of your branches as your employees have no sense of logic. It is an expensive shoe!!! Why is there no proper covering to protect your leg!!! I want a proper resolution or I will be posting pics on Facebook and other sites to warn people.
