Edcon retailers incompitance

For some time i have been paying off my account with edcon and with the billing department calls me with a outstanding amount that needs to be paid...

After payments are made i come to find that my card is blocked, after going back anf forward with call centre and service agents in southgate mall, i always find that i have a lock on the account when the agents then tell me there is no lock. When i had approched a gentleman a the till point in the glen chopping centre he said that i can not buy anything due to the card bieng locked!!! I am not please with the fact that i am continually bieng around by this company who has the collections depatment is the only working in the bussiness
