I purchased a BMW Puma from the Crosstrainer in gateway on October 13. 2012. The shoe was hardly used, mainly used on weekends or like once a month. Recently I noticed the shoe opening on the side so I contacted Puma and they asked me to take the shoe back to the store were I purchased the shoe from, so that they could check the shoe to see if they was any defects with the shoe. The response was after puma had a look at the shoe was, it was due to where and tear.
I realized puma Shoes sold locally are of the poorest quality as they do not even last for a period of 6 months.
For a shoe that that has and should be of the highest quality is definitely not. Therefore I will never purchase a puma shoe again.
