After logging a complaint with Beares (186011) and talking to management about my concerns, they proved that they dont care about their customers. I purchased a wall unit in May 2013, I paid for it on the same day thinking I was dealing with a trustworthy company, well I was wrong. Today I dont have my R20 000 or the wall unit that I purchased. The 1st delivered unit was damaged, 2nd unit was incorrect; after 2 months I still didnt have what I paid for so I demanded my money. On 10 July I was given a letter that said my money will be returned in 7 days which didnt happen. Russell Anderson, George (RM) and Reineir (Divisional Credit Controller) still havent returned my money which I worked hard for, my health has been affected due to this matter. Russell's excuse was system issues which he claims are caused by the new systems that were recently installed in his store, 2 months system issues REALLY???
Beares has been nothing but a nightmare to me - somebody please help.
