No stock of sale products and poor service

On the 5th December i ordered a Kenwood chef for my wife as her Christmas present and the delivery date was stated as the 27th December, this then changed on the 31st December. On the afternoon of the 31st December there had been no delivery so i contact the call centre and was told that they still did not have stock and they did not know why the website had not updated.

On the 2 January i contacted the call centre and after several emails back and forth I was told I will be refunded as they no longer can get the product. I suggested they supply me with the model down at the special price as this was also on special and in stock according to the website but this is apparently not possible according to the team leader.

So much for customer service so thanks [URL Removed] for ruining my wife's Christmas present, guess i will be taking all my future business to a company who can keep there promises and actually deliver what they sell.

Oh and the offer of a R50 good will voucher is just a slap in the face so keep it as i will never be making use of your website again.
