I brought back items to exchange without a slip as I lost it all I wanted was to exchange items I bought on tuesday new years eve and after standing in this long que she actually has a nerve rto make me wait because the queue needs to be served what kind of service is that am I not a customer because I lost the till slip! all she had to do was swopp my things I didn't want the money back I just wanted the item exchanged and she wudnt do that she wanted to look up things on the system etc what happens if I received it as a gift and then what wud thay have done??? Rediculous for such a big company they shud really get better managers!
