Bought three items on Monday 16 December 2013 from them, one of the items are broken and needs to be exchanged, phoned Game on Friday 20 December 2013 and spoke to Joseph who advised that the broken item can be exchanged without the till slip since it was bought on account. The slip was lost by accident since the bag that contained the slip was thrown away. Spoke to Amelia on 20 December 2013 at 17:10 she said they will exchange it but when we were there at 16:45 the lady at Homemark in Game was extremely rude and refused to assist us. My complaint is that I'm living in Stilfontein and refuse to waste more fuel driving up and down. Why wouldn't she assist me in the first place? Told me to go and look for the slip.
