Can someone please explain to me if calling clients and insulting them on phone is the best way of getting your money... i have been a very faithful client with Homechoice and have never missed a payment till this december which i spoke one of the consultant for me to make payment on the 31st as i know my salary will come in late only for me to receive a call from a guy who call to insult me on the phone and when i told him i don't like the way he is speaking he said that is how he will speak if have one make a payment which i told him will be making on saturday latest monday as i know by law have up to the 7th to make payment. Can some please explain to me if that is how you guys insult your clients then i will have to pay off my account with you guys and close it for good... Orelse i need an apology from him
