RUDE CONSULTANTS WHO PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR

I made a payment arrangement with one of the consultants who contacted me about a payment (payment has been made) and so far every single day some or other consultant phones me. Today 7 June 2013 one consultant phoned me and i unfortunately did not catch her name, asked me when the payment would be made, after telling her that i had already made an arrangement to pay double on the end of June, I by accident got the date wrong (i said 31 June) so she rudely asked me, how can i make a payment if i cant even get the dates right. i told her that i would like to speak to her manager and she once again told me RUDELY that i can expect another call and slammed the phone down in my ear. i want something to be done immediately, it is unacceptable for a call centre consultant to speak to a customer like that!!!
