I have an account with HomeChoice, i love using for Linen and household appliances. Recently i was the victim of internet banking which resulted in my salary being from my account and in turn resulted in me falling behind on my payments. I am a self Employed, Single mother who is trying her best. I made a payment of R500 recently in the hopes that HomeChoice would understand that i was trying to at least make an effort to get my account back up to date. I have explained to various consultants as well as a supervisor in the Credit collections department that i cannot commit to a date of next payment as i am self Employed. This information never seems to be put onto my account and i am inundated with RUDE consultants calling me anything from 3 to 5 times per day Monday to Saturday. It is against the law to call a client more than 3 times a month but they insist that their system is programmed to bring me up daily until i make an arrangement. What part of I CANNOT commit do you not understand? What part of I am SELF EMPLOYED and cannot guarantee my next payment is so difficult to understand. STOP THE HARASSMENT PLEASE!!! I will Pay my account as soon as i possibly can!!!
