Made payment but account is overdue

On monday, 14 January I received a call from one of the consultant of Homechoice telling me that they only received my monthly instalment of 2 December and they have not received anything for end of December I said to the consultant that I went to homechoice store in person on the 15 December 2012 and paid R350 into my account and he asked me to fax the proof I thought to myself am not gonna do that as that should reflect on their system immediately that I made my december instalment, again yesterday 16 Jan in the evening I received another call from the different consultant telling me that homechoice didnt receive my december instalment however my account is over with R850 I said to her I find it very strange that after went to homechoice and pay my account as early as possible in Dec and now my account is in arrears of R850 but they had received my money on the 15th Dec as I got paid early in december, I am sick and tired of homechoice of making too much money out of their customers, how can they put arrears on my account which I paid, there is no way that I can pay my monthly instalment twice in december. I am upset and angry with Homechoice systems and service that are poo
