Delivery within 3 - 5 days... 9 Days later?

I placed an order for a Smart TV Box, paid by same day trf and e-mailed Pop on the 21 Dec 9.43 am as directed.(Email Pop to [Email Removed] On 23 Dec I received e-mail which appeared to say they processing order BUT await Pop.
I phoned on 24 Dec and young guy who answered said they closing early and computer system already off so he cant follow up.
I phoned 27 December @ 15h10 AND got same story about closing early, computer system off. The Website says Trading Hours Mon to Fri 8am to 4 Pm. It doesn't say except over Christmas period hours are different!!
I told him how as a customer how irritated I was and he even volunteered that he knew they had stock of this item SO that cudnt be the reason for delay. I gave my order number, resent email and he undertook to look into it.
I phoned again on the 30 Dec at 8.30am and a lady who answered gave me same response, we await Pop. I gave her a piece of my mind to the point she was able to see deposit, and not necessary to send mail again, she would query with accounts why this order not actioned. AND this is where the matter is at.
SHOCKING SERVICE, SHOCKING CONTROL SYSTEMS and my money sits in their account for 9 days already
