I placed an order on 12 November for Christmas gifts (canvas prints), expecting my order within 2-3 weeks. I started chasing my order early December where Hugh did not respond to my e-mails. I called him and he promised that the prints were ready and in the post. He gave me a tracking number eventually on 11 December. I sent him another few e-mails to notify him that the tracking number didn't exist. Eventually called him again about 3 days before Christmas, with no luck. I was forced to buy other gifts due to non-delivery. I asked Hugh to cancel my order and refund monies paid. He quickly called and apologised, saying he will print me bigger sized canvasses instead for inconvenience caused. I agreed and when I sent him an e-mail on Monday 6 January to enquire about my order he said that he can't give me bigger prints as he had found my order and gave me a tracking number for postage on Monday. I have been checking the tracking number and it doesn't exist. I sent him another e-mail yesterday with no response. Tried to call him this morning... lines are down and cellphone off. What more can I do to just get my order???
