Blacklisted due to Incompetence

2009: Bought stuff from Meyerton Branch
2010: Lost job. Sent all docs to branch. Changed address to Rtb. Arrangement in place for reduced payments as told no insurance for losing of job although we signed it.
2011: Found out have full insurance after lots of phone calls! Changed address to Nylstroom.
2012: Still no change of address in place. Refuse to pay anymore as it should have been finalised ages ago.
2013: Found out listed on ITC for over R30000, but according to lawyers only R7000 outstanding!
Tried to get hold of Judy Isaacs, but always in meetings or out of the office. Can not get email address. This should have been sorted via insurance years ago, yet still being penalised for it!
No response from Lewis other than contact lawyers. Lawyers say contact Lewis!
Can someone please sort this out now so we can buy a car? I am on crutches and walking to town is not a joke anymore!!!
Hubby gave me authority on accounts, but they don't have on record or lost it!!! How rude!
