"My" account is in my husbands' name (B van de Venter - 6008150110957455) This account was opened about 22 years ago. I am the "user" of the account, meaning I buy clothes etc. for my husband and kids and I pay the monthly payment out of MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT for 22 years. (ES van de Venter) Last year Edgars suddenly refused to help me with the card with my husbands name on it and pushed me to apply for a supplementary card in my own name (6008150106562400), which I did, and which took 4 months to handle off, during which time they refused to help me. BUT THEY ACCEPTED MY PAYMENT IN MY NAME EVERY MONTH! Now, when I phone to Edgars Customer Care to enquire about a monthly payment, or to confirm a payment, they also refuse to help me, and tell me my husband should enquire. He is too busy to do that. BUT THEY ACCEPT THE PAYMENTS MADE BY ES van de VENTER, thats me!!! I feel as I am responsible for the monthly payments, I should be assisted when I phone customer care. And they have a very bad attitude towards me, as if I want to something from my husband!! This is realy very bad customer service!
