Customer of Edgars for 26 years
Made 2 payments for May period - R1500 and R300
Edgars system indicating only 1 payment of R300 - keep getting hounded via phone by 1st line support that only paid R300
Requested for Customer Services Supervisor to request for account to reconciled as current instalment is not correct, ie R1810 - Edgars recovering monies over a shorter period that 6 months
Not willing to pay the difference of R310 until this exercise has been completed
Have sent email and fax requests to the Accounts Dept for this reconcilation - no response - also sent a fax to Edgars CEO - no response
Right now so frustrated that I am refusing to accept calls from Edgars as phoning 2 to 3 times daily - treating me as if I am a criminal - giving the impression that I am a regular defaulter
I have always managed my acc in an excellent manner - currently been charged a late payment but yet Edgars have never of this period provided me with credit interest for MANY advance payments made
I am allowed to purchase on this account per the Supervisor but not allowed to request the acc to be reconciled - has to speak to my husband, but Suliman never made contact with husband
