Poor Quality of wood and service

On the 22-03-2013 i bought 1x Ortho Prem B M 2x Lattice wooden beds and 2x foam mattresses for the total amount of R 6271.20.On the 26-12-2013 the 1x lattice bed broke on the left side due to poor quality of wood (k waste). My wife and i went to the shop on and show Marina the wood that broke on the 27-12-2013 at 8h30. She was very help full and call one of the workers (the driver) and we went to the back and i show him how the beds look. He just want too give me a bean for the bed. I refuse and said they must come and fetch the bed and bring me a new one. Marina said they must do that. There is stock at the back because i show the driver how the
bed looks. They make me number one delivery for the day. That is were the nice stop.

At 12h50 the driver arrive with out a bed to check. He said we can not fix it and just do what Marina tells him. At 12h58 she call me and say the manager Chamine Kruger can not help me Marina must call the owner. She states the owner Stan Delport said it is not there police to change wood products. He is on leave at Boggomsbay and will call when he comes back in two weeks time if he does not go too Cape town. He only see people on thursdays WHAT NOW?
