Poor service

I buy a sheet of wood from Builders Warehouse every month for cabinets that I build. I usually buy Melamine from them or Chipboard sometimes. The boards are then cut and edged for me.
But lately the service has gone down hill. I had a issue a few weeks back which I spoke to the manager about. The quality improved for maybe 2 weeks then down hill again.
When I bought the chipboard it was firstly not done on time as edging was finished. I went back to choose a new colour to be informed that the machine is now broken. 2 days later I got the wood but it was full of oil from the edging machine so the wood was damaged. That was fixed after a fight but now lately the melamine boards are a issue. The cuts are very bad. The wood is full of chips which I can't use. The edging peels off as there is not glue on some parts and its unacceptable to wait so long. I only buy one board at a time expecting them to cut and edge it while I wait. But this is never the case, as I always have to come back at a later stage then the wood is damaged anyways.
I want my wood cut same day I go there and my wood can't be damaged otherwise I don't want it.
