San Marina Century City

On Monday 26 July 2013 at 11h46 myself and my wife we bought shoes at San Marina store in Century City. Sedieka the sales lady assisted us the shop informed us about the sale they are running at store. On 25 August 2013, I noticed my left shoe tip was coming off. On 31 August 2013, my wife returns the shoe. At the store, Sadieka asked my wife if I was wearing the shoes in the rain and told her that I should have put a sole on the shoe first. Sedieka told my wife that they need to follow procedure. The shoe must be taken back to the factory and be checked if there is any quality fault, this should take two weeks the most. Sadieka told my wife that she can send the shoe for repair. I told Sedieka that I don't want that shoe to be repaired, I want another pair of shoe of the same value or my money back. On Saturday 7 September 2013 I called the store to follow up with the query, Sedieka told me that they can only repair the shoe. I asked if I can speak the manager of the store and she was not available. She return my call latter and told me told me the same story and there was nothing wrong with the quality of the shoe. They will send the shoe for repair and give it back to me.
