Very bad/no service - shocking

I bought a KIC fridge/freezer from Game Greenstone mall and they arranged to have it delivered to my holiday hom in Langebaan. However it was delivered to my mom's place in Langebaan on 4 December and we arrived on 23 December when we took it out, opened it and it didnt work (dont get cold at all). We contacted Game and they've said we waited to long to complain and they will therefore not exchange it but will arrange with KIC to send a technician. We explained that we only arrived and only opened it that day. Well, following up with KIC and Game and nobody is getting back to us at all. We spent the entire week without a fridge/freezer eventhough we bought a brand new product. This is totally unacceptable. I've even directly contacted KIC and was informed that the log was cancelled but they cannot indicate who cancelled it. Tried again phoning Game, and they will get back to us (however, since Monday they've said they will get back to us but to no avail). Unsatisfied with the service, their attitude and will never buy anything from Game again. Very very unhappy.
