I ordered wood from Timbercity on 02/03/2013. I received my wood on 04/03/2013 as promised but they forgot the edging I ordered. I phoned Chantel and told her that the wood sizes was incorrect and notified the driver of poor edging. Chantel promised she would collect the wood and have it back same day after 17h00 some time?!?!? After waiting endlessly I did not receive it. After speaking to her twice on the 05/03/2013 she did not notify me that the wood was in fact correct and that the fault was on my side, I only found this out from Marcus (sales manager) when he dropped the wood off on the 05/03/2013 and only after I measured it again and said its exactly the same. So I enquired about it, I asked did they cut the wood, he said no, did they do anything, he said no, did they notify me, once again he said no but with a smirk on his face. Way to go for solving a problem sales manager Marcus. I saw that the poor edging was not fixed but just pressed flat. It's still visible. If they told me the mistake was on my side they could have charged me for cutting and cut it again and the problem would have been solved, but they don't know how to communicate
