I went to The Woodlands branch in Pretoria East on Sunday the 8th December to purchase the megamaster gas braai that was on special. I asked how big the box was and if there was stock which I was told there was and the size of the box was to big for my car so I had to go fetch my sisters car. When I came back I asked for some help which took atleast 15mins to come and was then informed that they are sold out and had been for a day or so.

I drove up and down twice wasting my time and petrol. I then left my details with a sales man who wrote my number on his cell phone..He then said on Monday he will call me as they will order me a gas braai, I asked to speak to management to complaint about being informed incorrectly about the stock and it causing me to waste my money travelling. The sales man told me he would call the manager who was having a chat with 4 other game staff members and had no interest in speaking to me. After waiting for another -15mins, I decided to leave as i have never experienced such bad service.
I emailed your complaints division and I have not had a response from them either.
