Bad Customer Service and Pricin

I'm leaving Checkers Sandton City now and I won't go back. I saw bags of Nougat that had a price of R13, 99. I got 5 bags. I get to the till it gets scanned as R15, 99. The lady goes to check the price and she takes 10 minutes before she gets back. They then try and find a manager for another 15 MINUTES. The people behind me abandoned their groceries because they said it was the worse customer service. Manager (Odette) gets there. When I explain it to her, all she says is she can't understand why they couldn't find her for so long because she was standing right there. She Apologizes halfheartedly and leaves. I stood there for 25 minutes, not withstanding my time in the queue. Worst customer service I have ever received!!
