The rudest "manager" i have ever come across

On the 19 Dec 2013 I bought a pair of sunglasses from sunglass hut for R2, 800.00. After less than a week the came off and i could no longer were them. When i returned back to JHB on the 6 Jan i immediatly went to the store to try an sort out the problem. I explained to the sales man and he told me that he could not make any desicions as his manager was on leave and is not taking any business calls while on leave. I further asked to speak to someone more senior, and that is when i was transfered to Ivena. From the moment she greeted me she came across with a sick attitude, not wanting to here my side of the story and preaching on how she does what she has to do and then she eventually dropped the phone on me. I could not believe that a retail manager drops calls on customers. The terms and conditions were not demonstrated to me when i bought these sunglasses and this is why i am now consulting with the consumer protection act. People like Ivena should not be allowed to communicate with customers who are as brand loyal as i was to the sunglass hut organisation. I dont have the words to explain how rude Ivena from Sunglass hut is!!!
