I am completely appalled by the level of customer service in Mr. Price. I bought a pair of glasses from them last week and the glass fell out. I went back and had to stand in the queue to get the issue sorted. Whilst there I also picked up a tshirt for a friend. AGAIN when I got home the glasses had a problem. The little plastic nose piece had mo in it and simply fell out. AGAIN I had to go back only to be told I have to stand in the queue AGAIN!!! IS THERE NO ONE CAPABLE OF ASSISTING A CUSTOMER THAT HAS ALREADY SUPPORTED YOU AND GOT SUBSTANDARD QUALITY. I MUST DRIVE OUT MY FCKN PETROL AND THEN I GET TOLD I CAN CME BACK WHEN ITS NPT SO BUSY. EXCUSE ME? I ALSO WORK!!! AND IF YOUR PRODUCTS WERE OF ANY SUBSTANTIAL QUALITY I WOULDNT HAVE TO DRIVE UP AND DOWN AFTER YOUR . So to get this right, I have to stand in your long queues 3 times simply to get am item I've already paid for but that is quality. And there is no one that can assist me? Mediocrity at its best, South African my. I'm only one person and losing one client won't make a diff to you but I'll get the word of your substandard quality and service out best o fckn can.
