Inefficient online purchasing

3 efforts to purchase on this site have been a nightmare.
Issue 1 - goods purchased and paid however the order could not be fulfilled as goods were out of stock. Cr note received for the inconvenience.
Issue 2 - voucher could not be redeemed to make a purchase due to site changeover.
Issue 3 - new order put through with the new voucher issued at the payment stage system generates a note to say some products are out of stock which is great as it happens sooner. However now the voucher cannot be redeemed, shocking shocking shocking.
