Unprofessional and poor customer service

On 29/04/13 I went to Ennerdale Shoprite to purchase Airwick Airfreshner with with my out of stock voucher which i received from Shoprite Ridgeway. I gave the cashier the voucher for the goods and she referred it to the manager. After a 15 minute wait the manager appeared (i did not take her name) and told me that the voucher was not valid at their store. I told her that you can at any store in Gauteng. After talking in a black language which i could not understand she puch in the code for goods. No apology and "very unprofessional.
On 05/05/13 again went to purchase a few goods from the store. Glade Airfresher was advertised inside the store as follows: 2 x 180ml for R13.99. I took six. Got to the cahsier she rang each one as R13.99. I told her about advertised board. Again the manager was called (Mary-Ann Barnard). After 10 minute the manager appears with such an attitude. Told her what happened and she went to check in the storeroom for stock. Next there she comes with 3 branded packs. Shocking customer service, unproffesional and rude.
