Voucher received cannot be redeemed online

I received a R75 promotional start up voucher to be redeemed online at [URL Removed] On attempting to redeem my voucher during a purchase it was refused. I complained to citymob, and after a lenghty backwards and forwards, after I convinced them I had done nothing wrong, I felt cheated. I communicated with 3 employees, all 3 sounded somewhat arrogant. Their customer relations agent, Nangamso Makayi, could not reply properly in both replies. I also mentioned that their newsletter sent each day should reflect prices, as many customers do not have web access at work, making it very difficult to see what is on offer. This was also brushed off, anyway, their loss. :-)
