Just a change of size

Hi

I purchased a pair of men's shorts and a short from stiuttafords at the 50% sale for a gift for Christmas only now to be 1 size too small. I have just been informed a gift reciept is necessary for presents. I have never been told this, or had problems with this at all (the item still has a tag)

All we want is to change the exact item for a different size so your garments can be enjoyed.
