On Thursday 31 October 2013, I went to Edgars Somerset Mall to take advantage of the Red Hanger sale. I found a cool jeans but they didn't have my size. I then asked them to call Tygervalley's branch to check if they had stock as it showed on fashion hotline that they had 3. A lady by the name of Cindy took the call and found my size and said she'll leave it at customer service for collection on Saturday. On Saturday I went to Tygervalley and was assisted by Akhona, who didn't seem very "awake". She looked through the set-asides twice and didn't find my jeans. All she said was "it's not here". I told her to get hold of Cindy, to which she replied that Cindy works in Aldo and not men's wear and that Cindy is off. I told her to still get hold of Cindy, because I just drove all the way from Strand to buy one jeans. I gave her time to get hold of Cindy during which I went to browse the floor myself. Akhona did not seem very willing to help. I was lucky enough to find one more jeans in that specific size and proceeded to check out. If my jeans was supposed to be on set-aside until Saturday in customer service, why was it not there? I'm disgusted at the level of service of Edgars.
