Refusal to give My money back

I bought jeans from a shop called Branded at the Oriental Plaza in Fordsbug in May this year (R840.00). It was Levi jeans for my husband and it did not fit him so I took it back to them. When I took it back they told me they don't do cash refunds (it was printed on the slip), I must take something else. This was on 09 May 2013. I told them to source jeans for me from Levi which is a specific cut and colour, they said they will get back to me. Which they did to say it seems that they would be able to get the jeans that I want. I've been waiting ever since for them to get back to me, when I phoned them this morning they said they can't get the jeans I want and I must come choose something else. There shop is very limited in terms of stock holding and the brands they keep are not suited for my body type. They can't supply to me what I want and they don't have anything I can settle for and they refuse to give me my money back. Fiachna the Operations Manger stepped in and said she would assist, she sent me a few pictures of jeans I specifically said that that is not the style I'm looking for. She is refusing to give me my money back. Holding me hostage!!
